Harbert Realty Services, Inc. (HRS) of Birmingham, Alabama has been awarded the Leasing & Management assignment of the 536,821 square foot Class A office development, The Urban Center at Liberty Park. The new owners of the state-of-the-art office development, PZ UC Building Owner, LLC closed on the property last week. The Urban Center is located just southeast of Birmingham off I-459.

The Urban Center encompasses approximately 22 acres of land and is part of the Liberty Park master planned community.

Tenants of The Urban Center enjoy not only an abundance of amenities but an appealing aesthetic environment that goes unmatched to any office development in Birmingham, or the Southeastern United States.
